Dashboard Scheduled Maintenance for Myaccount Cloud Portal

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that an upgrade activity is planned for the E2E Networks MyAccount Cloud Console on May 13, 2025.

Details of the activity:

Upgrade Date: 13th May 2025 (Tuesday)

Upgrade Window: 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST

Region: All (Delhi/NCR and Mumbai)

Downtime: 1 Hour

During this period, the MyAccount portal and APIs will undergo maintenance. However, all your existing nodes and services will continue to run without disruption.

Purpose: We at E2E Networks always pursue the best practices to keep our software and hardware stacks upgraded and patched to enhance performance and security and this activity is also planned as part of the same initiative. The upgrade will help us in improving and optimising the process and management of the Myaccount cloud console to serve our customers more efficiently.

Impact: During the maintenance activity, Myaccount and API-based operations will be temporarily unavailable. However, there will be no impact on existing customer resources such as nodes, appliances, or services that are already running and in working condition.

Recommendation: Please consider the scheduled maintenance and plan your activities accordingly.

Schedule Maintenance

This is to inform you that there is a scheduled upgrade activity going on for our backend software stack version for MyAccount Dashboard on the 2nd of Sep 2022 between 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM.

During the maintenance activity, the access to MyAccount Dashboard will be affected. However, all the resources will work without any issues.

    Elastic Object Storage (EOS) EOS MyAccount UI Maintenance

    E2E Object Storage service's MyAccount UI is currently under maintenance. All the operations and accessibility of EOS and its buckets won't be affected due to this and will work as expected. We will update you once it's completed.

  • The UI maintenance was completed successfully and the EOS operations are now available via MyAccount.
