Nodes MyAccount 3rd Generation offerings Maintenance Activity [Delhi-NCR Region]

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that a maintenance activity for MyAccount 3rd Generation offerings has been scheduled as per the details below:

Maintenance Window: 07:30 PM – 07:45 PM

Date Range: Friday 6th Feb 2026

Region: Delhi-NCR

Downtime: None

Purpose:

At E2E Networks, we follow best practices to keep our platform updated, secure, and optimized. As part of this ongoing initiative, we will be performing maintenance for the MyAccount 3rd Generation Node Plans (e.g., C3, M3, SDC3, E1 Series), DBaaS appliances, and Volume (Block Storage).

Impact:

During the maintenance window, operations such as creation, deletion, volume attach/detach, and manual/scheduled snapshots for 3rd Generation Node Plans (e.g., C3, M3, SDC3, E1 Series), DBaaS appliances, and Volume (Block Storage) will be temporarily unavailable. However, all existing nodes, appliances, and volumes that are already running will continue to function normally.

Recommendation:

We request you to plan your activities keeping the above maintenance window and date range in mind. No action is required from your side.

Nodes Node Network Down

We are currently experiencing network degradation on a few nodes. Our engineering team has identified the issue and is actively working to resolve it.

We will share further updates as soon as more information is available. The next update will be provided by 7:00 PM IST.

  • Partial Service Outage – Compute Nodes | Mumbai Region

    A few compute nodes are currently unavailable, which may result in intermittent service disruption for affected customers.

    Impact: Compute node availability

    The issue has been identified, and remediation is in progress. Further updates will be shared once services are restored.

  • Status: Services Largely Restored; Stability Monitoring in Progress

    Summary: Remediation activities for the compute node availability issue in the Mumbai region have been largely completed. Most affected compute nodes are now back online, and customer workloads are operating normally.

    Current Status:

    • The majority of compute nodes have been successfully restored

    • Existing workloads and running virtual machines are stable

    Next Steps:

    Our engineering team is actively monitoring the environment and completing final validation checks to ensure continued stability.

  • Update: We have successfully brought up a few additional compute nodes, and our team continues to work on restoring the remaining affected nodes. Remediation efforts are ongoing, and we will share the next update by 11:00 PM IST today.

  • Update: Service has been partially restored, and some compute nodes are now back online. Our team is actively working to bring the remaining compute nodes up. We will share the next update by 6:00 PM IST today or sooner as progress is made.

  • Update: Our team is actively working on the issue, and remediation efforts are ongoing on a best-effort basis. We expect to provide the next update by 2:00 PM IST today and will continue to share updates as progress is made.

  • TIR TIR Network Stack Upgrade Activity [Delhi-NCR Region]

    Dear Customer,

    We would like to inform you that a planned backend networking upgrade has been scheduled for the TIR platform as per the details below:

    Maintenance Date: Sunday, 30th November 2025

    Maintenance Window: 08:00 PM – 09:00 PM

    Region: Delhi-NCR

    Downtime: None

    Purpose:

    As part of our ongoing platform improvement and security enhancement initiatives, we will be upgrading the underlying networking components that support the TIR platform. This upgrade will enable improved performance, enhanced stability, and better compatibility with upcoming platform features.

    Impact:

    All existing workloads running on the TIR platform will continue to operate normally.

    However, during the maintenance window, users may experience brief or momentary network latency as backend components are updated. No service downtime is expected.

    We request you to plan your activities keeping the above maintenance window in mind. No action is required from your side.

    Date Range: Friday, 28th Nov 2025 to Sunday, 7th Dec 2025

    Region: Delhi-NCR

    Downtime: None


    Purpose

    At E2E Networks, we follow best practices to keep our platform updated, secure, and optimized. As part of this ongoing initiative, we will be performing backend software upgrades for:

    • MyAccount 3rd Generation Node Plans (e.g., C3, M3, SDC3, E1 Series)
    • DBaaS appliances
    • Volume (Block Storage)

    These upgrades will be carried out in a phased manner during the specified maintenance window.

    • No downtime is expected.
