TIR Maintenance Notification: Temporary Storage Degradation on TIR Workloads

Dear Customer, We would like to inform you of a temporary storage degradation that recently affected workloads on the TIR platform. As part of a planned storage expansion, a rebalancing operation was triggered to redistribute data across the storage pool. While this process is essential to ensure the long-term scalability and performance of our infrastructure, it temporarily impacted the accessibility of certain storage workspaces. We first observed this behavior around 4:00 PM IST. During this period, you may have experienced slowness in operations such as workload creation or restarts, due to delayed access to the underlying storage. Current Status:

  • We have not observed any further anomalies or degradation since 8:00 PM.
  • All core platform services are stable.
  • We continue to actively monitor the platform to detect and address any potential issues proactively.

If you notice any unexpected behavior or performance concerns, please don’t hesitate to raise a support ticket via the [MyAccount portal] so our team can assist you promptly. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this maintenance activity and remain committed to maintaining a high level of service reliability.
