TIR Emergency Maintenance Notification – TIR Infrastructure Impact

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that we are currently performing emergency maintenance on our TIR infrastructure.

Impact:

  • Creation of new nodes (notebooks) is temporarily unavailable.

  • Existing nodes may become unresponsive or stop functioning during this period.

Our engineering team is actively working to restore full functionality at the earliest. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

The estimated time of restoration is 9:30 PM.

    Nodes Myaccount 3rd Generation offerings Backend Upgrade Activity [Mumbai Region]

    We would like to inform you that a backend upgrade activity for MyAccount 3rd Generation offerings has been scheduled as per the details below:

    Upgrade Date: 27th May 2025

    Upgrade Window: 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    Region: Mumbai

    Downtime: None

    Purpose:

    At E2E Networks, we are committed to following best practices to keep our software and hardware stacks updated and secure. This maintenance activity is part of that ongoing initiative and will help us enhance the performance and optimization of the MyAccount 3rd Generation offerings.

    Impact: During the maintenance window, operations such as creation, deletion, volume attach/detach, and manual/scheduled snapshots for 3rd Generation Node Plans (e.g., C3, M3, SDC3), DBaaS appliances, and Volume (Block Storage) will be temporarily unavailable. However, all existing nodes, appliances, and volumes that are already running will continue to function normally.

    Recommendation: We kindly request you to plan your activities accordingly, keeping the above maintenance window in mind. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your continued support.     Dashboard Scheduled Maintenance for Myaccount Cloud Portal

    Dear Customer,

    We would like to inform you that an upgrade activity is planned for the E2E Networks MyAccount Cloud Console on May 21, 2025.

    Details of the activity:

    Upgrade Date: 21th May 2025 (Wednesday)

    Upgrade Window: 9:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST

    Region: All (Delhi/NCR and Mumbai)

    Downtime: 1 Hour

    During this period, the MyAccount portal and APIs will undergo maintenance. However, all your existing nodes and services will continue to run without disruption.

    Purpose: We at E2E Networks always pursue the best practices to keep our software and hardware stacks upgraded and patched to enhance performance and security and this activity is also planned as part of the same initiative. The upgrade will help us in improving and optimising the process and management of the Myaccount cloud console to serve our customers more efficiently.

    Impact: During the maintenance activity, Myaccount and API-based operations will be temporarily unavailable. However, there will be no impact on existing customer resources such as nodes, appliances, or services that are already running and in working condition.

    Recommendation: Please consider the scheduled maintenance and plan your activities accordingly.
