Nodes Myaccount 3rd Generation offerings Backend Upgrade Activity

Dear Customer,

This is to inform you that we have scheduled an upgrade activity for MyAccount 3rd Generation offerings Backend on the 16th of October 2024.

The Details of the Activity are shared below:

Upgrade Date: 16th October 2024

Upgrade Window: 9 PM-4 AM

Region: All (Delhi/NCR and Mumbai)

Downtime: Nill

Purpose:

We at E2E Networks always pursue the best practices to keep our software and hardware stacks upgraded and patched to enhance performance and security. This activity is also planned as part of the same initiative. Maintenance would help us in improving and optimizing the management of the Myaccount 3rd Generation offerings.

Impact:

During the maintenance activity, you won't be able to perform operations such as creation, deletion, volume attach and detach, manual and scheduled snapshots for 3rd Generation Node Plans such as C3, M3, SDC3 etc. along with DBaaS appliances and Volume(Blockstorage). However, the nodes, appliances and volumes already running and in use will continue to function as normal.

We request you consider the above maintenance & plan your activities accordingly.

Nodes Outage - Delhi NCR 1 zone

Dear Customer

We are currently facing an outage in our primary cloud zone Delhi NCR 1. The outage started at 2:31 AM IST, May 11th, 2024. This DC facility is operated by NTT and we currently have a power issue in the facility. We are working with NTT to restore services in the facility.

We expect the total recovery time to take up to 48 hours for all services to be restored. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused.

  • We have brought up a majority of the infrastructure and customer resources. We have made live MyAccount Portal, http://myaccount.e2enetworks.com to help manage the instances.

  • We have worked with our DC partners to stabilize the power infrastructure and network at the cloud zone Delhi NCR 1. We are in the process of getting customer machines up and we have already brought up more than 70% of the infrastructure as of 10 AM IST, May 11 2024

    We are working further to get the rest of the infrastructure as soon as possible. We expect this to be tentatively completed by 4 PM May 11th 2024.
