Dashboard Scheduled Maintenance for Myaccount Cloud Portal

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that an upgrade activity is planned for the E2E Networks MyAccount Cloud Console on May 13, 2025.

Details of the activity:

Upgrade Date: 13th May 2025 (Tuesday)

Upgrade Window: 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST

Region: All (Delhi/NCR and Mumbai)

Downtime: 1 Hour

During this period, the MyAccount portal and APIs will undergo maintenance. However, all your existing nodes and services will continue to run without disruption.

Purpose: We at E2E Networks always pursue the best practices to keep our software and hardware stacks upgraded and patched to enhance performance and security and this activity is also planned as part of the same initiative. The upgrade will help us in improving and optimising the process and management of the Myaccount cloud console to serve our customers more efficiently.

Impact: During the maintenance activity, Myaccount and API-based operations will be temporarily unavailable. However, there will be no impact on existing customer resources such as nodes, appliances, or services that are already running and in working condition.

Recommendation: Please consider the scheduled maintenance and plan your activities accordingly.

Dashboard Schedule Maintenance on Myaccount Portal

This is to inform you that we have scheduled an upgrade activity for E2E Networks Myaccount Cloud Console on the 18th of October 2023.

The details of the activity are shared below:

Upgrade Date: 18th of October 2023

Upgrade Window: 9:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Region: All (Delhi/NCR and Mumbai)

Downtime: 15 minutes (Only the Myaccount portal will be under maintenance, along with API-backed operations. All existing nodes and services will run without disruption.)

Impact:

During the maintenance activity, Myaccount Cloud Portal-based operations, such as creating new nodes, saving images, managing volumes and appliances, and performing actions on existing nodes (e.g., stopping, starting, deleting nodes, deleting saved images, attaching/detaching volumes, redeploying existing appliances), will be affected during the maintenance period. However, there won't be any impact on any of the existing customer nodes, appliances, or services that are already running and in working condition.

Recommendation:

We kindly request you to consider this maintenance and plan your activities accordingly.
