Nodes Myaccount 3rd Generation offerings Backend Upgrade Activity [Delhi-NCR Region]

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that a rolling backend software upgrade for MyAccount 3rd Generation offerings has been scheduled as per the details below:

Maintenance Window: Daily between 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Date Range: Friday, 28th Nov 2025 to Sunday, 7th Dec 2025

Region: Delhi-NCR

Downtime: None


Purpose

At E2E Networks, we follow best practices to keep our platform updated, secure, and optimized. As part of this ongoing initiative, we will be performing backend software upgrades for:

  • MyAccount 3rd Generation Node Plans (e.g., C3, M3, SDC3, E1 Series)
  • DBaaS appliances
  • Volume (Block Storage)

These upgrades will be carried out in a phased manner during the specified maintenance window.


Impact

  • No downtime is expected.
  • All existing nodes, appliances, and volumes will continue to run normally.
  • During the daily maintenance window, users may experience brief I/O latency or momentary delays as background operations adjust.
  • All services will remain available throughout this activity.

Recommendation

No action is required from your side. However, we request you to plan your activities keeping the above maintenance window and date range in mind.

Volumes Volumes (Block-Storage) Upgrade activity

Dear Customer,

This is to inform you that we have scheduled an upgrade activity for MyAccount Volume (Block Storage) backend stack on the 14th of September 2023.

The Details of the Activity are shared below:

Upgrade Date: 14th Sep 2023 Upgrade Window: 9 PM-4 AM Region: All (Delhi/NCR and Mumbai) Downtime: Nill

Purpose: We at E2E Networks always pursue the best practices to keep our software and hardware stacks upgraded and patched to enhance performance and security. This activity is also planned as part of the same initiative. The maintenance would help us in improving and optimizing the management of the Myaccount Volume feature.

Impact: During the maintenance activity, the MyAccount Volume operations like new Volume creation, Attach, Detach, Deletion, Snapshot and Scheduled Snapshot will be unavailable, however, the already attached volumes in use by the nodes will keep on working as it is.

Recommendation: We request you consider the above maintenance & plan your activities accordingly.
