Monitoring Portal reachability issue

Dear Customers,

You can safely ignore the alerts which received today around 12.40 pm IST, There was an issue with the connectivity between monitoring portal and the compute nodes due to which you would have received the alerts. It has been identified and fixed now.

Issue in management and monitoring of nodes in Mumbai region

We have observed an issue with management and monitoring of nodes in Mumbai region.

Note: The existing active nodes aren't affected and will be functional.

Impact: Creating, Deleting and other actions on node (poweroff, start, save image etc) from myaccount portal will not be functional. You would have received unreachable alerts from our monitoring system which can be safely ignored as of now.

We have noticed this issue since 7 PM IST (16-Feb-2023). We have identified the issue and we are working with relevant team to fix it.

  • The reported issues has been fixed. Now the users can manage the node without any issues, monitoring of their compute node also started working
