This is to inform you that we have scheduled an upgrade activity for E2E Networks Myaccount Cloud Console on 30th of November 2022.
The Details of the Activity are shared below:
Upgrade Date: 30th of November 2022
Upgrade Window: 1AM-5AM
Region: All (Delhi/NCR and Mumbai)
Downtime: 1 hour (Only Myaccount portal will be under maintenance along with the API backed operations. All existing nodes and services would run without disruption)
Impact:
During the maintenance activity, the Myaccount Cloud Portal based operations like creation of any type of new nodes, image saving, volumes and appliances and any type of action on existing nodes like stop/start/deletion of nodes, deletion of saved images, attaching/detaching of volumes, redeployment of existing appliances etc. will be affected during the period of maintenance. However, there won't be any effect due to the maintenance on any of the existing customer nodes/appliances/services which are already running and are in working condition.

We request you to take the above maintenance into consideration & plan your activities accordingly.
