The customers using Cloudflare services may observe errors or timeouts reaching Cloudflare’s network or services. We suggest our customers check the above link for the latest updates from Cloudflare on the issue.

This is to inform you that there is a scheduled upgrade activity going on for our backend software stack version for MyAccount Dashboard on the 15th of June 2022 between 3:20 PM - 3:45 PM.

During the maintenance activity, the access to MyAccount Dashboard will be affected. However, all the resources will work without any issues.

We are observing an issue in our EOS name resolution. This led to errors in accessing the buckets and objects intermittently.

We are troubleshooting and working on fixing the issue on priority.
