We have identified the google DNS is not able to resolve.
We are checking it further with our engineers and update on the same.
all services are back to normal and outbound issues to google were resolved.

The google DNS issue is resolved. There was an issue at NIXI Delhi which has been fixed by NIXI.

New Block storage can be launch from myaccount portal.
