Network Status Network Outage Impacting Customer Nodes in 164.52.192.0/21

Dear Customers,

We are currently investigating a network issue impacting customer nodes within the IP range 164.52.192.0/21.

Affected virtual machines and services in this network may be unreachable or experiencing connectivity issues. Initial investigation indicates that the issue is related to a core network component.

Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore services at the earliest possible time.

Impact:

  • Customer VMs within the 164.52.192.0/21 network may be down or inaccessible.

  • Network connectivity to affected services may be intermittent or unavailable.

    Nodes Minor Degradation on Few Compute Nodes

    We are currently experiencing minor degradation on a few compute nodes. Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal operations at the earliest.

    If your nodes are impacted, please share the node details with us at cloud-platform@e2enetworks.com. Our team will prioritize and investigate your request promptly.

    Our next update will be shared by 5:30 PM IST on 12th May 2026.

  • Update: All nodes have now been successfully restored and are up and accessible. If you are still experiencing any issues, please reach out to our Cloud Platform team by emailing cloud-platform@e2enetworks.com with the relevant details, and we will assist you promptly.

  • Update: Our engineering team is actively working on resolving the issue. Most of the affected nodes have been restored and are now up and running. We are continuing our efforts to bring the remaining nodes back to full functionality at the earliest.
