Dashboard Scheduled Maintenance for E2E Networks MyAccount Cloud Console – 4th May 2026

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that a scheduled upgrade activity for the E2E Networks MyAccount Cloud will take place on 4th May 2026 (Monday). The details of the activity are as follows:

Upgrade Date: 4th May 2026 (Monday)

Upgrade Window: 10:00 PM – 10:10 PM

Region: All (Delhi-NCR & Chennai)

Downtime: 10 minutes (Only the MyAccount portal and all its API operations will be under maintenance. All existing nodes, workload and services will continue to operate without disruption.)

Purpose:

We at E2E Networks always pursue the best practices to keep our software and hardware stacks upgraded and patched to enhance performance and security

and this activity is also planned as part of the same initiative. The upgrade will help us in improving and optimising the process and management of the Myaccount Cloud to serve our customers more efficiently.

Impact:

During the maintenance activity, the Myaccount portal and its API operations won't be available.

However, there won't be any effect due to the maintenance on any of the existing customer resources like nodes/appliances/services, which are already running and are in working condition.

Recommendation:

Please consider the above maintenance & plan your activities accordingly.

Network Status Planned Network Maintenance – ISP Level Core Switch Upgrade | Chennai Region

Dear Customer,

This is to inform you that a planned network maintenance activity has been scheduled at the ISP level, as per details received from our upstream service provider.

Maintenance Type: Emergency / Planned Network Change

Change Description: Upgrade of the Core Switch at the ISP level to enhance network stability and redundancy.

Impact Details: The network is configured with redundancy; hence, minimal or no service impact is expected during the maintenance window.

Maintenance Window:

Start Date & Time: 06-02-2026, 22:00 IST

End Date & Time: 07-02-2026, 00:00 IST

Data Center Location: Chennai Region

Nodes MyAccount 3rd Generation offerings Maintenance Activity [Delhi-NCR Region]

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that a maintenance activity for MyAccount 3rd Generation offerings has been scheduled as per the details below:

Maintenance Window: 07:30 PM – 07:45 PM

Date Range: Friday 6th Feb 2026

Region: Delhi-NCR

Downtime: None

Purpose:

At E2E Networks, we follow best practices to keep our platform updated, secure, and optimized. As part of this ongoing initiative, we will be performing maintenance for the MyAccount 3rd Generation Node Plans (e.g., C3, M3, SDC3, E1 Series), DBaaS appliances, and Volume (Block Storage).

Impact:

During the maintenance window, operations such as creation, deletion, volume attach/detach, and manual/scheduled snapshots for 3rd Generation Node Plans (e.g., C3, M3, SDC3, E1 Series), DBaaS appliances, and Volume (Block Storage) will be temporarily unavailable. However, all existing nodes, appliances, and volumes that are already running will continue to function normally.

Recommendation:

We request you to plan your activities keeping the above maintenance window and date range in mind. No action is required from your side.
