Dashboard Scheduled Maintenance for E2E Networks MyAccount Cloud Console & TIR Portal – 9 June 2026

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that a scheduled upgrade activity for the E2E Networks MyAccount Cloud Console and TIR Portal will take place on 9 June 2026 (Tuesday). The details of the maintenance activity are as follows:

Maintenance Date: 9 June 2026 (Tuesday)

Maintenance Window: 6:30 AM IST – 6:40 AM IST

Region: All Regions (Delhi-NCR & Chennai)

Expected Downtime: 10 Minutes

Affected Services:

  • MyAccount Cloud Console: https://myaccount.e2enetworks.com/
  • TIR Portal: https://tir.e2enetworks.com/

During the maintenance window, the MyAccount Cloud Console, TIR Portal, and their associated API operations will be temporarily unavailable. All existing customer nodes, workloads, applications, and running services will continue to operate normally without any disruption.

Purpose of Maintenance

At E2E Networks, we continuously follow industry best practices to keep our software and infrastructure updated with the latest enhancements and security patches. This upgrade activity is part of our ongoing efforts to improve platform performance, security, reliability, and operational efficiency. The maintenance will help us further optimize the management and delivery of our cloud services.

Impact

During the maintenance window:

  • Access to the MyAccount Cloud Console and TIR Portal will be unavailable.
  • API operations related to these portals will not be accessible.
  • Existing customer resources, including running virtual machines, appliances, applications, and services, will remain unaffected and continue to function normally.

Recommendation

We request that you plan your activities accordingly and avoid performing any portal-related operations during the maintenance window.

We would like to inform you that a maintenance activity for MyAccount 3rd Generation offerings has been scheduled as per the details below:

Maintenance Window: 07:30 PM – 07:45 PM

Date Range: Friday 6th Feb 2026

Region: Delhi-NCR

Downtime: None

Purpose:

At E2E Networks, we follow best practices to keep our platform updated, secure, and optimized. As part of this ongoing initiative, we will be performing maintenance for the MyAccount 3rd Generation Node Plans (e.g., C3, M3, SDC3, E1 Series), DBaaS appliances, and Volume (Block Storage).

Impact:

During the maintenance window, operations such as creation, deletion, volume attach/detach, and manual/scheduled snapshots for 3rd Generation Node Plans (e.g., C3, M3, SDC3, E1 Series), DBaaS appliances, and Volume (Block Storage) will be temporarily unavailable. However, all existing nodes, appliances, and volumes that are already running will continue to function normally.

Recommendation:

We request you to plan your activities keeping the above maintenance window and date range in mind. No action is required from your side.
