Dashboard Scheduled Maintenance for E2E Networks MyAccount Cloud Console – 4th May 2026

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that a scheduled upgrade activity for the E2E Networks MyAccount Cloud will take place on 4th May 2026 (Monday). The details of the activity are as follows:

Upgrade Date: 4th May 2026 (Monday)

Upgrade Window: 10:00 PM – 10:10 PM

Region: All (Delhi-NCR & Chennai)

Downtime: 10 minutes (Only the MyAccount portal and all its API operations will be under maintenance. All existing nodes, workload and services will continue to operate without disruption.)

Purpose:

We at E2E Networks always pursue the best practices to keep our software and hardware stacks upgraded and patched to enhance performance and security

and this activity is also planned as part of the same initiative. The upgrade will help us in improving and optimising the process and management of the Myaccount Cloud to serve our customers more efficiently.

Impact:

During the maintenance activity, the Myaccount portal and its API operations won't be available.

However, there won't be any effect due to the maintenance on any of the existing customer resources like nodes/appliances/services, which are already running and are in working condition.

Recommendation:

Please consider the above maintenance & plan your activities accordingly.

TIR Scheduled Maintenance Notification – TIR Platform Downtime on 28th August 2025

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about a scheduled maintenance activity on the TIR platform to enhance performance and reliability.

Maintenance Details:-

  • Date: Thursday, 28th August 2025
  • Time: 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM IST
  • Platform: TIR
  • Expected Downtime: Up to 30 minutes

Impact During the Maintenance Window: During this period, the following services will not be accessible:

  • Model Endpoints (Inference)
  • Nodes (Workspace and Datasets)
  • Vector Database
  • Pipelines
  • TIR Console
  • Access via SDKs and APIs will also be temporarily unavailable.

Purpose of the Upgrade: This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure improved performance, stability, and reliability for your applications running on the TIR platform.

Recommendation: We recommend planning your activities to accommodate the scheduled downtime. At E2E Networks, we are committed to providing secure, reliable, and high-performance services.
