Scheduled Maintenance for Backend Software Stack Upgrade – E2E Networks Object Storage (EOS)

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you of a scheduled maintenance activity involving a backend software stack upgrade for E2E Networks Object Storage (EOS). This upgrade is planned for 24th August 2026 (Monday) between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM IST, affecting services in our Delhi/NCR regions.

Details of the Activity

  • Maintenance Date : 24th August 2026 (Monday)

  • Maintenance Window: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST

  • Region: Delhi/NCR

  • Expected Downtime: 0 minutes (all bucket operations will remain unaffected; however, a few users may experience intermittent access issues during the window)

Purpose:

At E2E Networks, we are committed to maintaining a secure, high-performance infrastructure. This upgrade is part of our continuous improvement strategy to enhance the stability, performance, and feature set of our Object Storage platform.

Impact During the Maintenance Window:

EOS operations from the MyAccount portal will be unavailable. Direct access via SDKs and clients will remain functional; however, a small number of users may experience brief interruptions when accessing buckets.

Recommendation:

We recommend planning your activities to accommodate this scheduled window.

Volumes Myaccount Volume Upgrade Activity

Dear Customer,

This is to inform you that we have scheduled an upgrade activity for Myaccount Volume (Block Storage) feature on the 6th of April 2023.

The details of the activity are shared below:

Upgrade Date: 6th April 2023

Upgrade Window: 10 PM-2 AM

Region: All (Delhi/NCR and Mumbai)

Downtime: Nill

Purpose:

We at E2E Networks always pursue the best practices to keep our software and hardware stacks upgraded and patched to enhance performance and security. This activity is also planned as part of the same initiative.

The maintenance would help us in improving and optimizing the management of the Myaccount Volume Feature.

Impact:

During the maintenance activity, the Myaccount volume operations like new volume creation, attach, detach, deletion, snapshot and scheduled snapshot will be unavailable, however the already attached volume in use by the nodes will keep on working as it is.

Recommendation:

We request you consider the above maintenance & plan your activities accordingly.
