Network Status Scheduled Network Maintenance Notification – June 12, 2026

Scheduled Window: June 12, 2026 | 10:30 PM – 04:30 AM IST

As part of our ongoing infrastructure optimization efforts, we will be migrating network traffic from the legacy Noida Zone to our upgraded Delhi-NCR network infrastructure. This activity includes BGP routing updates designed to improve network resiliency, performance, and service reliability.

Expected Impact:

Customers with workloads associated with the affected IP ranges may experience intermittent network fluctuations or brief service interruptions lasting approximately 3 – 6 minutes while routing changes are being applied.

Network Status Network reachability issue on one of our Subnet

We have observed network reachability issue from few ISPs to one of our subnet which is 101.53.152.0/21 in our Delhi(NCR) region. Our Team has identified the issue and changed the Network Backbone.

The issues was reported at 4.48 PM & resolved at 5.05 PM

Billing Issues while making the payment via myaccount

We have observed that our payment vendor site (Razorpay - https://status.razorpay.com/) is down due to which you may experience issues in making payment. We are following up with our vendor for the same and will keep updated.
