  • Expected Network Fluctuation - Up to 30 seconds

  • Expected Service Downtime - None

Expected Impact

During the maintenance window, customers may experience brief network fluctuations of up to 30 seconds. No service downtime is expected. We request customers to plan their activities accordingly and ensure their technical contacts are available during this window as a precaution, in case immediate assistance is required.

E2E Object Storage service's MyAccount UI is currently under maintenance. All the operations and accessibility of EOS and its buckets won't be affected due to this and will work as expected. We will update you once it's completed.

    Elastic Object Storage (EOS) EOS name resolution issue

    We are observing an issue in our EOS name resolution. This led to errors in accessing the buckets and objects intermittently.

    We are troubleshooting and working on fixing the issue on priority.

    We will keep you posted on this with further updates.
