E2E Object Storage (EOS) Backend Software Stack Upgrade - E2E Networks Object Storage(EOS)

This is to inform you that we have scheduled an upgrade activity for our backend software stack version for E2E Networks Object Storage on the 3rd of March 2022 between 8 PM - 10 PM in our Delhi/NCR.

During the maintenance activity, all operations on E2E Networks Object storage from the MyAccount portal will be affected. However, the direct operations using the SDKs and clients for E2E Networks Object storage will continue to function normally.

  • Upgrade activity has been completed successfully last night(3rd of March 2022) for E2E Networks Object Storage. With the newer software stack, the dashboard/console available at the direct browsing of the URL https://objectstore.e2enetworks.net/ won't be available anymore.

    All the UI-based operations are available via the MyAccount portal only. All the command line or API-based clients or SDKs won't be affected and their usage and operations will keep on working as expected.

    • Backend Software Stack Upgrade - MyAccount Dashboard

    This is to inform you that there is a scheduled upgrade activity going on for our backend software stack version for MyAccount Dashboard on the 1st of March 2022 between 8:15 PM - 8:45 PM.

    During the maintenance activity, the access to MyAccount Dashboard will be affected. However, all the resources will work without any issues.

  • Activity completed and Myaccount Dashboard is up and accessible now.

    • Networking Reachability issue with Delhi(NCR) Zone

    Issue in accessing the virtual machines in Delhi(NCR) region over the network has been observed and reported from a few of the ISPs like Vodafone, Railwire, Jio, etc. though reachability works from airtel networks. We are investigating it currently and will keep you posted on further findings.

  • The intermittent connectivity from different ISPs is no more observed and accessibility from all affected networks is working fine now.

    • Networking Outage for Airtel Internet Users Across India

    From different online and offline sources, we have been informed that all Airtel connections ranging from fiber internet, broadband, to even mobile network is down in regions like Delhi, Mumbai, Noida and many other locations. Outage tracker https://downdetector.in/status/airtel/ shows Airtel internet having problems since about 11:30 AM on Friday, February 11.
